A few days ago, a field test was carried out with an 18 meter TELENO sprayer. It was carried out under the supervision of technicians from the Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Madrid and with the support of the magazine Vida Rural in its MAQ supplement.
\nThe following conclusions were reached by the University staff:
\nGIL’s TELENO series sprayers are designed to last. Robust and delicate, they stand out for their screwed aluminum profile spray bar. The general hydraulic circuit has four positions for four tasks: work, active product incorporation, hydrocarging and filter cleaning, and circuit washing. The design of the access to the mixing tank and the placement of the hand wash basin indicate that it is intended for safe and comfortable work.
\nThe valves for section control (modular) are extremely reliable, and the return-temperature system guarantees operating conditions regardless of the number of active sections, which is very important for use in a variable dosing strategy.
\nThe control monitor is simple but very effective and it has been possible to verify the benefit of using a system with flow proportional to the actual speed compared to a constant flow system. In addition, it is compatible with variable dose control systems by sections.
\nIn this paper we provide the theoretical basis of the calculation for those who want to check the effects of speed changes on the dosage, and we have verified the effect by recovery on the ground with water-sensitive paper.
\nA detailed analysis of the vibrations indicates that the aluminum profile chosen was a very good choice, and that Gil’s recommendations in terms of bar deployment and flotation system were appropriate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
